2007 stud fee is $1,800.00 inclusive of a $500.00 booking fee with a live foal guarantee. Mare owners are responsible for collection and shipping fees charged by Pioneer Equine Hospital, Oakdale, CA.

Breeding season runs from March 1 until July 30. Semen requests need to be received by 5:00pm Pacific Time the day before shipment, either by phone or fax.
If conflicts arise due to too many requests for one day, priority will be given to mare owners based on the date of receipt of contract and payment of the booking fee; if necessary frozen semen can be substituted.

Frozen Semen is available. Ragtime has a very good thaw motility rate and has had successful breedings with the frozen semen.
We ship 8 to 10 straws. Semen can be thawed in warm water and is convenient to use. It will remain frozen in shipping container for a minimum of 14 days.
